Good starting place for those coming into the industry and see what it is you'd like to do moving forward

Cons

A lot of the management that I'd dote on have left due to constant company re-orgs. The upper management constantly shifted people around which lead to loss in brand knowledge. We had to beg as a collective for salary increases that met inflation, and then were only given a 3% bump. After that, 10 CM's quit in a month.

-Casual sexism/racism/power harassment that will go unchecked -a lot of bureaucracy -impossible to make your mark -low pay
