Pros

Guaranteed Retirement...advancement up to a point is completely fair. Housing is provided, cost of live birth for children is under 20 bones and they give you very high transfer monies, often times very unbeatable...

Cons

Too many to list. No compromises, an absurdly high amount of rude, angry, disgruntled big headed people. Being humble looks bad and the service is rife with sexual tension ALWAYS! Long hours, no say in where you go, no say in how a process can work better. Too many instructions and too many niches.
