      Exposure into a very dynamic and vast field of oil and energy. Very exciting and has a lot of potential around the world.

      Good compensation, benefits, and some very knowledgeable people around.

      Cons

      High workload. Lacks formal training on technical subjects related to functions. Lacks team building initiatives, coordination, and freedom to make changes. There seems to be an issue with trust and friendliness among some employees, and it shows. Too many reports. Daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports. Reports for peers, reports for managers, reports for Paris.
