      Great company. Stiff for young ambitious people

      Pros

      Very well-established company. Funds for projects. Great benefits. Great variety of positions and metiers within the company.

      Cons

      Old-school: the company's long history makes it stiff. You need a diploma from X, ENS or HEC to have access to high positions. Managers are very bright ex-students basically. Promotions should be more based on merit. It's a shame since there is so much diversity among the 100,000+ employees.

      Cons

      No carrier mobility No real possibilities for position improvement No real posibilites for salary increments Your path is already defined for your school and previous credential.. Strong close hierarchical environment with no possibilities to have a real Impact over the desicion chain
