Pros
- Some cool projects in which you can try and learn new technologies - Nice people to work with - Good company to start your carrer.
Cons
- Sometimes the opportunities that you may get to grow (i.e moving to another role) are blocked because your actual team "needs you". - Salaries are really low compared to other companies, and don't expect huge improvements on that. - No mater how many certifications, degrees or years of experience you have, you are not gonna receive a proper salary review or promotion. - If you are not part of professional services your chances to grow are very limited.
