- Some very clever people - Reasonable salary package - Nice new Mac Pro - Free soft drinks in the office

Cons

- For an 'Agile' organisation they are very dogmatic. It has to be "The Thoughtworks way" - Very arrogant people. - Prior experience seems irrelevent. Only long standing TW'ers are listened to. - Lots of travelling. - Lots of after hours meetings

There are certainly some smart people and interesting problems when you start. There's lots of travel opportunities too. They're also great to have on your CV.
