Pros

Large corporation with resources, multiple locations worldwide to work from, the company has a long tradition of success in a variety of fields.

Cons

The usual cons related to working for a large organization: it is fairly hierarchical, and not always very quick at embracing technological innovation.

Pros

Truly multinational environement, friendly culture. Good work life balance. Nice place for early career (learning curve, international exposure)

Cons

Declining. Hijacked by its on short strategy to please analysts and investors and consdier employees just as a production factor: cut costs (= fire people, offshore most of the work in Poland and India, reduce benefits), ask remaning ones to do more with less.
