Pros

Good benefits, progressive company culture

Cons

Very stingy with salary. They will do anything to make you feel valued...except pay you more.

Pros

Great managerial support and coworkers. Everyone is supportive of each other uplifting. Flexible working is a plus.

Cons

The company goes through so many reorgs that just as you're getting your footing, it's all switched up again. Cross-department collaboration and support can be difficult. Goals are increasing and budgets are decreasing, and there's increased stress to do more.
