Pros

Excellent exposure to large-scale, global IT infrastructure programs across cloud migration, ITSM, and Active Directory consolidation. Collaborative cross-regional teams, strong project management culture, and good support for certifications and skill development. Well-recognized brand that strengthens your resume, plus reasonable work-life balance and stable employment for long-tenured staff.

Cons

Frequent reorganizations and shifting priorities can disrupt long-running programs. Internal mobility became harder in later years as headcount was rationalized.
