Pros

The french entity used to give some good salaries and is still on the up side. The ambiance is good, people are dedicated, helpful, experts in their area and ready to take risks in order to innovate. There are good opportunities for training and trying new things. The senior management is supportive and available.

Cons

Some of the best people recently left the company and it might have some bad effect on the motivation on some teams. There is no clear view about where this entity will be in more than 2 years.
