      Great place to work for hardworking people. Plenty scope to learn, People are good.

      Overtime is mandatory, its like every week 3-4 times you have to extend.

      Salary in time and nothing else.

      Cons

      No one hears your voice. Manager always overules employee views. No respect for faithful and hard working employees. Promotion is only given to those who are closure to management even though they are less capable. Managers always show the fear of firing from job.

      No processes, no growth (technical or otherwise). Culture vary bad. No work life balance, i.e. forget your home. If in s/w join only if no other option
