Company does not care about employees, especially in times of WFH
Pros
Definitely the people - you will meet wonderful co-workers at your time at Third Bridge. You also get paid for a job where little thinking is needed.
Cons
Poor work-life balance, as the company expects you to answer emails until late within quite a short time-frame. Also, it is all about quantitative targets. They may say that qualitative performance is as important but that is not true. The job is incredibly boring and repetitive. During work-from-home, the company took away most of the good things about it, such as company and team socials and breakfasts. I was made promises for a gift for the quarter due to our good performance in our team, which I did not receive either. If you do not want to honour your promises, don't make them in the first place. This last point is tied to poor middle-management, who all have never worked at another company. The good people managers fail to get promoted but the more unsympathetic ones get promoted, breeding an unpleasant company culture.
