Great Company, great exposure and a great management team

Pros

Opportunity to be at the forefront of the investment industry working on behalf of some of the largest global investors on an unlimited number of topics. You get great exposure and responsibility early in your career and it is a great place to build vocational skills.

Cons

High Pressure from clients to perform means that it's not for everyone. It's a highly competitive industry so you need to be willing to go the extra mile. Definitely not a 9-5 job if that's what you are looking for.
