Pros

Good networking opportunities and chance to get comfortable on the phone with VPs and C-suite.

Cons

Almost all of the reviews are spot on. Third bridge treats their employees like a statistic and will make you spam emails and phone calls an insane amount of times without answer which is harassment not sales. Every team makes associates take on an obscene and unrealistic number of projects everyday and if you don’t constantly follow up and spam call every active project, will you be out. Work is also very repetitive with a lot of cold calling, a lot. They also set absurd monthly targets which are practically impossible to hit - pretty terrible company environment, hence why the turnover is so high and why they only pay quarterly bonuses. Employees across the office have low morale and are quiet - not very motivating as a first year. Even if the pay might seem decent, do yourself a favour and find another company that treats employees with respect.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We recognise that the role can involve follow-ups and cold calling, as we’re client-facing, and we aim to ensure our team members have the support they need to succeed in this fast-paced environment. We believe our total rewards package and growth opportunities recognise and reward hard work. Regarding the monthly targets, we strive to create a balance between client needs and a manageable workload for our employees. Our managers are committed to helping team members reach their targets and we’re always open to feedback on how we can continue to improve this process. Employee morale and culture are important to us - through regular employee surveys and action plans, we’re dedicated to continuously improving the employee experience and ensuring that everyone feels supported. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Great people, super good culture, everyone was very easy to get along with. I made friends that I hope to be in touch with forever. Company culture is genuinely great. Leadership is constantly looking for feedback and managers do what they can to try to make things better. They innovate based on employee feedback which is better than most companies. Benefits are great, base pay is good. Don’t be fooled- don’t expect to make OTE in a year. You might be lucky if you get the monthly bonus for a few months out of the year.

Cons

They advertised this job to everyone differently based on their background. If your background was in sales, they led the interview process to convince you this is a sales job. If your background was in finance, they led the interview process to convince you this job has anything to do with finance. Probably 40% of the people working in ANY of the verticals actually studied financeor business because you don’t need a college education to do this job. All you do all day is go on your computer, cold email people without their consent, and then make as many cold calls as possible (or management will chew you out). You’re “selling” the consultation to the expert but they have nothing to gain from speaking with a consulting or PE firm. They’re millionaires and offering them $100 an hour is something they don’t want or need. Monthly target but quarterly payout is just a way to legally withhold pay from employees. Turnover is so high they can’t afford to pay out bonuses to those employees. This job is a call center with targets that are determined solely by luck. Your performance is based on luck 100% but managers will never admit to that.

- boring npc job for an npc company - long hours - surrounded by insufferable people - basically a cold-calling job- you're no better than a sales person and its embarrassing explaining what you do to your friends/family
