The management are great and very accommodating to working with your other scheduled commitments. The office is very sunny and well-appointed. A nice office to spend time in actually. The work is not difficult and sometimes very rewarding, despite being a bit repetitive. I think there are a lot of opportunities to move up in the company, as well, but I wasn't there long enough to take advantage of them.

Cons

The work you'll do as a telephone researcher is very repetitive. If you have the gift of the gab and like to talk on the phone for 4 hours at a time, it's a very easy and rewarding way to pay the bills. If you prefer to be a bit more active and move around at work, as I do, you may find it a challenge.
