      Decent place to stay for a year or so until you figure out what you actually want to do. They’re still growing rather fast from what I understand. But… expert networks are a dead end industry that will one day be overtaken by AI

      Great company, even better culture

      Pros

      The best thing about third bridge is the culture. Everyone is young and full of energy. Most managers want to see you win alongside them instead of just micromanaging you.

      Most of the work feels very salesy even if your not in sales

      Very young and diverse team!

      Pros

      It's a very diverse and inclusive team! You'd be glad to join a global firm with people coming from different culture and background. They are very welcoming. Not to mention a very young team, so more opportunities for growth and promotion. It's a very good avenue to start your career. Overall a positive experience with the company!

      Cons

      Due to pandemic, I think the team is more separated. Hopefully when everyone gets back to the office, the fun culture gets back as well.
