      great opportunities to learn most updated information on various industries in southeast Asia, my colleagues are super friendly and nice young people, work-life balance, no over-time, 9am - 6pm~ nice snacks every day!

      Cons

      the work stations cannot rise and fall, so it might hurt your back~

      Okay for freshers

      Pros

      - Good exposure to different industries and geographies. Steep learning curve in the beginning for someone who is curious to learn but the curve can flatten out very quickly (in a year or so) - Good comp - Good for young people in their 20s - oldish people can fall victim of ageism because the young crowd is not the most mature and professional

      Cons

      - Forget about work life balance - Small team so promotions are tricky and there's a lot (I mean a lot) of politics. Performance and potential are ignored and proximity to "key people" and how they perceive you decides whether you'll get promoted or not
