Made amazing friends, easy job to get post grad, helped me become very comfortable on the phone with executives

Unrealistic targets, always changing our comp structure and targets Overworked and stressed employees, certain coworkers were extremely intense and unfriendly, but management didn’t care as long as they were performing People cried all the time I joined an ESG team and it just never started
