Pros

A great place to work. People and the environment are great. I had family/health issues in the past and they all have been very supportive. The benefits are great too including health insurance, 28 PTO days (after 2 years in the company) + 2 personal days, etc. There is flexibility to work from home and from the office.

Cons

Salaries are not as good as other companies, being lower in general if comparing. Long hours and sometimes you find yourself under pressure and stress to meet the deadlines
