Good pay first job out of college, great exposure to institutional investors, you get to build soft skills like project management and cold calling, talking to C-suite people you’ve never met and convincing them of something / negotiating is a great skill

Cons

Tasks are repetitive and boring otherwise, work volume is too much and 9-6

Cons

Young inexperienced managers and difficulty to actually learn skills that you can employ in other roles. Demanding clients.
