      Fantastic for career development

      I've been at Third Bridge for over 4 years and my role has changed a lot since starting here. At first, I was in an individual contributor role and now I lead a global team whilst managing exciting global projects. I am on a constant journey of learning at the moment

      Cons

      We go through a lot of change which could be too much for some people. However, I love this as it keeps things interesting.
