Pros

You get a paycheck so I guess it is better than unemployment. Nice office and happy hours You learn what not to do based off their horrendous management

Cons

- Every C-level is leaving which should tell you something. - Soviet level of control on what you do and who you speak with. - if you hang out with former employees prepare for blowback - VPs plus the Managing Director are a cult that create a toxic environment that makes everyone on the floor want to leave - cliques and in-groups - rumors that senior management tried placing cameras to tape the place

Micro managed

Pros

Nice co-workers for the most part, very intelligent and kind people.

Cons

1. Another company who does the same thing offers 30k as a start salary. Everything is dependent on the bonus at TB which you only get if tou hit the target. 2. Talking about targets, depending on the vertical you are in they can be extremely difficult because of odd clients and other circumstances outside your control. This is not accounted for in your target and you will often get put down for not reaching your target in the monthly feedback session, which for some teamleaders are just a way to exert power over you. 3. As mentioned in other reviews, teamleaders are responsible for managing 8-9 people, despite having no experience whatsoever and no talent for managing people. Some TLs use their position to manage you out if they dont like you. Company knows about it too, but no one does anything against this sort of power abuse. 4. In the beginning you are just used to recruit new people and you are not allowed to use internal people. So you're just slaving away cold calling people, while associates recruit maybe one person a month but hit their targets because they are allowed to use the internal system. 5. Micro managed to the max. People will go through your every piece of communication with the specialist and measure your performance on how much you hassle specialists. Stay away as faaaaar as possible. Especially if you do not want to be a recruiter, which is just what the position is. Zero brain cells engaged and you do better if you turn of all thinking and just do what you're told. Research and analysis is something completely absent from this position.

Not worth it.

Pros

Coworkers and a few managers can be very fun and supportive people to work with. The pay is decent overall.

Cons

Third Bridge has an unsustainable growth mentality, and the company does not set you up for success. If you accept a job in connections, you will work long hours cold-calling, be held to unrealistic standards with moving goalposts, and have little work-life balance. You'll have increased responsibilities, little training or support from your managers, and even less work-life balance if promoted. The company will say generic things about growing together and investing in their talent, but you are disposable if you work here. Your personal relationships do not count for anything. Managers are promoted from within based on their sales numbers, not management ability, and are not accountable for employee performance or turnover issues on their teams. Feedback is not given or taken in good faith. I strongly do not recommend working here.
