Above average pay, people generally seem to always be nice, business seems to be thriving, colleagues are technically proficient so good learning environment for software engineers
Cons
Legacy systems can be complex and difficult to learn, some projects aren’t set up for local development, communication between business and software departments could definitely improve, sometimes processes can be a bit long winded
