Benefits, bonuses (as long as you meet performance goals), other associates

Cons

I really have no cons. I think it is the same for everyone but communication could always be better. It is retail so you need to be open to working varying shifts.

Working at Home Depot you get a sense of family from your co-workers. On most days I enjoyed going to work everyday. I enjoy talking to people so working in the customer service industry was a really good fit for my personality.

Cons

The down side of working at Home Depot was that the hours were really long and a lot of the time I was filling in for multiple people who didn't show up. There was a lot of cross training done but not to simply gain more knowledge but so that customers would still be able to be helped even though the employee assigned to that particular department wasn't available.
