      Pros

      Competitive wages and benefits, they really do care about me as an employee. Working at home depot makes me feel like I am part of a family

      Cons

      The Home Depot gives a lot, but they expect a lot as well. I am asked all the time if I would like to work overnight after I put in the evening shift, when I have the early morning shift the next day.

      Associate oriented. Endless opportunity. Strong family basis. Flexible schedule. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Very large origination. Sometimes looses site of the day to day experience of the associates on the front line.
