Pros

There is ample opportunity for advancement if you apply yourself. Very flexible scheduling for college students and athletes.

Cons

If you are a manager, you work between 55-70 hours per week - WAY TOO MUCH! If you are hourly, the annual raises have become a joke. Also, the communication between upper management and the sales associates is always very poor. (i.e. critical information does not always get to the sales people).

Pros

Pay is good. LArge company with lots of positions available

Cons

Family life suffers, senior leadership is selfish when it comes to shoosing people (their needs come before your own) i.e. I live closer to 23 home depots and they keep moving me further away from home spending close to 4 hours on average on the road each day including traffic on top of the 55hours+ work schedule
