Profit sharing incentives are offered twice per year. Most of the associates are genial toward fellow hires.

Cons

Considerable difficulties in timely communication due to ZEBRA device walkie-app malfunction or associates ignoring calls. Customers are often still in the store for several minutes after closing instead of being asked to leave. In general the workforce seems stretched thin at certain times, such that one person may have to cover multiple departments while being expected to complete multiple assignments therein beyond mere customer assistance.

They are clearly looking for excuses to trim down. They will get nitpicky and upset over things that quite literally do not matter (a misspelled word for a project that's still in development and hasn't been through any proofing rounds yet). This is corporate on a different level with ideas that do not make sense
