Pros
Early responsibility, graduate scheme accredited by the IET, well run company with good opportunity for job mobility, goo opportunity to make contacts across a global business.
Cons
Pay for new starters has increased from what last year started on and that pay won't rise to match that. Therefore last years starters will be earning less than people they are expected to mentor. HR haven't got a clue and don't understand their staff.
