Pros
stable shareholding offer of cutting-edge technologies quality system for bids & projects is solid processes are well-meant and very interesting overall is a good structure to learn about a mature organization's operations and lots of ressources are made available to the employees
Cons
the level of the manager depends on the executive in charge, unfortunately some executives and/or directors do not have leadership skills and remain disconnected from the teams and the operations (but there are also great managers AND human beings, it depend on the activity / function) hr management is the main negative downside: lack of transparency, everything relays on the direct manager so it's important to choose it well
