Pros
9/80 schedule. You work 9 hour days so you get alternating Fridays off for 3 day weekends. you start with 3 weeks paid vacation.
Cons
Very Sensitive work environment, Managers socially banter unprofessional and if you follow by lead examples it can often lead to being written up. Hourly positions are tough to manage. there really is no room to advance. Year over year i tried to move up and after being denied year after year i became complacent with my position.
