      Pros

      - large organization, enough technical expertise in house - good communication and support between project teams across different geographies - potential to transfer internationally within same job function and expertise

      Cons

      - clear difference in compensation package (vacation days, total package) between french staff and local staff - limited chance for career advancement if senior management cannot bring in projects, dependent on economy and development condition of the markets that you branch office cover

      - Great people to work with here! - interesting difficult work projects - roughly speaking 7% of staff promoted annually; names published in company newsletter - yearly bonus for ALL employees! - sick leave conversion into PAY or Vac. annually in Dec .! - generous 401k - 3% free plus 4% match dollar for dollar - 100% vested immediately from Thales - Communications Council meets w/ CEO every quarter to ask tough questions on company performance, direction, programs and employee moral ... answers are published in company-wide email - Annual off site meeting every Feb. for ALL employees to learn company objectives for the year - every other week free breakfast of bagels and fruit for all, 1/4ly luncheons sponsored by company, excellent Holiday party and company picnic... small things which mean a lot showing company is thankful for your hard work and effort - great managers, benefits, training, tools and environment to work... could not ask for more honestly!

      Cons

      - tough challenging work - pretty lean company - but that is the way to stay competitive in today's world economy!
