      Pros

      If someone too keen to be test engineer,this is the place you are looking for.

      Cons

      Bad infrastructure-location of building,A/C in effective within the office No growth opportunities management shows no interest in employee's career ahead Thales avionics India does only testing.

      Pros

      Several of my close colleagues were great to work with. Some of the technology was quite interesting. I had some degree of autonomy. Salary was ahead of the norm for senior/principal engineers. Remote working facility was available.

      Cons

      Career progression for Technical staff was negligible. Over-burdensome processes made it difficult and frustrating to craft efficient or elegant solutions. Too much face-saving and arse-covering amongst the upper management rather than clear leadership and communication.

      Pros

      I worked for Thales Middle East, they provided excellent compensation packages( bonus, car allowance, phone, living allowance). They also took care of all the visa applications.

      Cons

      We often worked very long hours. We worked every second Saturday to make a 6 day work week every 2 weeks.
