      Exciting industry providing in-flight entertainment solutions for commercial airlines. Great benefits and salary. Chance to travel depending on which department you are in.

      Cons

      IT security has too many roadblocks. Departments and internal groups don’t work well together. Lacks adequate tools and automation to manage customers and run a business properly; acts like a startup company. Customer program driven; when they should be product driven and customer focused.

      Stable and disciplined work environment. Traditional managerial practices. Regimented culture with strong defence and security ethos. Engineering and R&D oriented. Strong compliance to defence and security protocols.

      Barriers of communication between divisions or business units. Traditional hierarchical managerial structure does not foster innovation. Geographical widespread of divisions and workplaces. Different IT systems and business processes for each division. Many IT legacy systems makes integration difficult and costly.
