      Pros

      Several of my close colleagues were great to work with. Some of the technology was quite interesting. I had some degree of autonomy. Salary was ahead of the norm for senior/principal engineers. Remote working facility was available.

      Cons

      Career progression for Technical staff was negligible. Over-burdensome processes made it difficult and frustrating to craft efficient or elegant solutions. Too much face-saving and arse-covering amongst the upper management rather than clear leadership and communication.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits and bonus. Also, flexible time schedules.

      Cons

      Management. There are no clear defined processes in place. As a result, management makes you do other people's jobs and holds you accountable for them. Management here is very unprofessional and use every excuse to make you do other people's tasks. Also, management tends to insult you in private, when others are not around. Foul language is used in closed door meetings and actions / tasks are never quite clearly communicated to the teams. This place has the worst management. They do not care for their people. They just care to get the job done, no matter who does it. You can be a Technician or you can be an Engineer, but management will expect you to do the job of a Program Manager or a Buyer. The environment is very unprofessional and I would highly advise against working here.

      Pros

      Decent pay, Great benefits, Really great training. They fly you down to Orlando for a few days for training at their brand new facility.

      Cons

      Some stations don't have day shift. Some growing pains but they are taking it in stride and doing a wonderful job
