      Thales is not that top tier in the tech industry in regarding to machine learning but it is a decent company.

      Cons

      Not too much mentoring for machine learning. It is a software engineering environment.

      Pros

      Plenty of work to do, definitely feel valued, lots of interesting projects. Great benefits and flexible working very valuable.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to move around but as with anything, easy when you know how and it's about who you know. Many people live remotely so can be difficult to go to the pub with colleagues.
