Not high pressured or commision sales. Great team who's always willing to help and support. Mostly realistic goals and metrics. Weekly Check-In's to see how you stand and get help and guidance when needed. Cyberwallet bonus that Performance based. More retail like. Gallery not a Dealership.

Cons

No commision means same check no matter how much you sale. Sometimes metrics can be harder if it's slow.
