Pros

You can be yourself, most colleagues are nice to work with, flexible hours.

Cons

They promise support, but it is never given when needed. Staff are expected to do more work than is possible even if they skip breaks. The only way to get things done is to break policy. Such as forging temperature checks and ignoring health and safety. Staff are regularly victims of violence and the company takes no serious steps to address this, they provide body cameras which do not deter the violent incidents. When staff try to raise these issues' management will find a reason to dismiss them. Tesco, have now installed a camera system where if a manager wants someone dismissed they can request an individual staff member be watched remotely for any policy violation. As I mentioned above it's not possible to do the job and follow all the policies.
