A culture of bullying, sexual harassment, and promotion of people who were least deserving of being promoted. Very cliquey, lots of gossiping and some people doing all the work whilst others stood round talking about things like which managers or supervisors were cheating on their spouses. Complaints not taken seriously and managers were able to get away with appalling treatment of staff with no repercussions. Staff also constantly being told different things by different managers, very forcibly, so they will get told off by one manager while doing exactly what a second manager had told them to do. People not taking responsibility for things and telling staff to sign things that they are not responsible for signing for which could get them in trouble. Management, including the store manager, saying extremely unprofessional and nasty things about staff members within earshot of other staff members

can be unsocial at times as you have to work late until 10/11pm depending on your contracted hours. some of the vans have not been maintained as well as they can be must be comfortable driving a big van in all kinds of roads and weather, limited routes for progression and hard to change shifts once started.
