Pros

Colleague discount and can take a break when you want

Cons

Just a number - asked to do training at home, management demanding. high turnover of staff. Say they are flexible but when you ask to change hours/days get a NO. no training on floor. staff discount rubbish.

Pros

Some of the co-workers I worked with and store wise discount.

Cons

Team leaders act like they're God's gift and are never pleased by the amount of work you do. In my store at least, all the older workers would gossip endlessly about the younger workers and create an environment where you felt like you couldn't make a single mistake. I was told once "Is that all you've done" after a hard night with no help that was promised and that was the final straw.
