Pros

I get paid on time

Cons

Tesco preaches about development about helping you move, about wanting to develop your career - but it's nonsense. Its a two tier system - one for their beloved (untouchable) grads and one for everyone else. They preach about diversity of thought and then promote people with an identical loud mindset... shout loud or be ignored. There's no effort at developing people, and helping people learn different parts of this business - either you have the _brand_ that management like (i,e, are you identical to them) or you don't. My advice - go somewhere else.
