Pros

Reasonable working hours depending on how many you do.

Cons

Greenford CFC for 5years and the management arent that great. Drivers Desk double up vans and make the deliveries more harder than they should be especially for around central london and north london 'Doubles/Triples' which also comes under H&S. Customer services in Glasgow/Scotland are half clueless of what goes on with deliveries here in london. Place is run by polish management which these in particular dont care - they just want the money. Certain people around the drivers desk favourtise drivers 'bigger people vs smaller people'. The loading system is out dated and vans aren't loaded on time. Half the time, customers dont understand why their delivery shows up late. Portion of men working here have some sort of health issue/behaviour issue/seperated. Management changed atleast x3 when worked here during 5years. Best fleet of vans centre was operating were Mercedes Sprinters from Iveco. If a customer has an issue with their delivery - realise that the driver can only refund you and thats it; complain to customer services about it.
