Good for students but inconsistent overtime availability

Guaranteed hours and really good for student. Moving shifts if wanting to keep contracted hours of back to school scheme. Other colleges are generally nice some more than others

Cons

Busy times of year your flat out then other times there is no overtime going. Unless your management they only give out part time contracts
