Pros

Most colleagues are generally nice people, the floor workers mainly. Lots of stores so can transfer relatively easily.

Cons

Management are a nightmare. The rot comes from the top, as in totally useless, incompetent area managers, down to ignorant, under-qualified, lazy imbeciles, who only hire friends and family to work there, even though most of them have never even worked in a shop before, and even less speak the language.
