Pros

good only for beginners or higher management. Not a good place for mid-level people. No long term technical vision for management. Absolutely no IT maturity as a company.

Cons

You will be working for people who are penny wise but pound foolish. Management is not interested in making life better for everyone..just wanna continue old ways of working.
