High Salary Allowances You will be respected everywhere in the company Onsite opportunities but only for few months

Balance between work life and personal life is a mismatch as most of them will be working in shifts. Growth is Limited

If you got promoted, the salaries went up dramatically

Cons

Long hours were expected, no flexibility, they thought you should consider it a privilege to be able to stay late and work for them. However, if you were in 5 minutes past 9am, that would be a cause for concern. Management were frequently bullies, and it was considered acceptable for them to shout abuse at employees on a regular basis. People were promoted based on saying the right things to the right people, rather than based on actual merit.
