      I've been extremely amazed by the sheer density of very talented and professional experts from all over the world. Also, great vibrant culture and inter-personal relationships. Last, but not least - excellent management and leadership team. I enjoy working here a great lot.

      Cons

      Some processes were a bit slow, but very manageable.

      Unhealthy environment for doing research

      Pros

      Good salary. Important funds (when granted). Good facilities. One of the few research institutes in the Middle East Region. Interesting opportunities. Extremely international.

      Cons

      Short-term vision, generating lots of stress an instability for researchers. Work environment can be unbearable because of unqualified managers: it is important to get informed about the work culture of a Research Center before joining it.
