      Pros

      By working at TII you get to work with real world challenges, meet a great network both internal and external, access to nice resources to meet your goals and boost your career at the pace you like. Great ideas get the attention they deserve as innovation and cutting edge technology is clearly the mindset of the company.

      Cons

      A new company with exponential growth has both benefits and drawbacks. Infrastructure and organisational aspects need some improvement yet, which I believe is the definition of a start-up. This is not a downside for me, but can be for someone else.
