      The company gives a lot of research support and freedom and there are many of opportunities for collaboration in interdisciplinary teams. The projects are comfortably funded and the administrative tasks are kept to a minimum and handled very efficiently.

      Cons

      The vision is scattered in too many different technology and science goals and sometimes it feels like a race between groups.
