      Pros

      Great work environment with many perks. Amazing health insurance with world coverage. Extremely safe country and good quality of life. Fully paid trips, with per diem and driver for conferences. Brilliant colleagues to collaborate with. Good opportunity to get hands on applied research and product development. Grows very fast, with increasing opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      Not a research company for anyone, focused on IP and potential industrial partners. Grows too fast sometimes, crowded offices at times. Summers are very very hot in UAE, have to be used to indoor activities.

      1. Company vision. Management was committed to delivering IT products that actually work and make a difference. No abstract tasks, very results-oriented. This means that the product is delivered from scratch to internal and external pilots within 1 year. A great opportunity to see the results of your work very soon. 2. You are truly making a difference, everyone has a voice. A real opportunity to influence processes and the final result. 3. Full support for the development process (IDE, top-end equipment, etc.) upon any request. Everyone is encouraged to use best practices in their work. External trainings are also provided 4. Generous benefits, visa support. The entire bureaucracy is carried out by TII. 5. Various extracurricular activities - football, basketball, padel, yoga, etc. Some teams even participate in city/state tournaments. In any case, a person has many ways to socialize and settle in a new place
