      Pros

      A great company with good values and leadership that cares about its people. Been here for a while and found plenty of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. The collaborative environment makes it easy to feel valued and part of something meaningful. The environment is international and easy to integrate into, a good mix of young and “slightly seasoned” researchers and engineers from all fields. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to work and grow!

      Cons

      The company grew quickly, so there were some challenges to overcome, and a few corners still need smoothing out.
